Aysha, Your carrot cake is the best I have ever had for sure! My mom has made me  carrot cake for as long as I can remember and I have made my own but yours beats them all. It is so moist and flavorful. I especially like  the addition of coconut and the cream cheese icing and nuts is just  heavenly!

Hi Aysha, A big THANK YOU from all the Desmonds for the delicious food! Every dish was especially loved by somebody. My Mother adored the creamed spinach and the pasta. She said the veggie pasta was the best she ever had! Foodie brother-in-law loved the short ribs and remade the leftovers into one of the filling selections for taco night. The kids (age 4 to 34) ate through the Mac and cheese bites and everyone loved the roasted vegetables. The meatballs take the blue ribbon with the most people having seconds. I knew the food would be great and having it all at our rental house ready to go, improved the quality of our vacation life more than you can imagine. Cheers!
