A native born Italian, Chef Aysha Jones spent her formative years in both northern and southern Italy, where her immense passion for cooking ensued. Jones, at a vibrant young age, learned to cook traditional Italian dishes from two of the most important women in her life, her mother and grandmother. Learning to cook was as integral as learning to speak her native tongue, and while these women were there to ignite the initial flames, Jones has taken her love of food and passion for people and turned it into a profession; hence, the making of Culinary Jones.
